Timing & Location: The date, time, and location of your shoot are in your welcome email. This is a gentle reminder that Night Owls Boudoir sessions are carefully scheduled to ensure privacy, production quality, and a seamless experience for all guests with whom we have shoots scheduled with that day. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or forfeited at Night Owls’ discretion, without refund. Failure to appear for a scheduled session without proper notice shall result in forfeiture of the session without refund or credit. We understand that life happens. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate where feasible, though we cannot guarantee rescheduling within the restricted window.

Night Owls Boudoir Guest Agreement: You each should have received an email with the Night Owls Boudoir Guest Agreement that was shown to you during checkout. We ask that all guests please review and e-sign at least 72 hours before your session, so everything is set when you arrive. Check your spam folder just in case!

Consultation:
If you haven’t done so already, please let us know some evening times you’re available in the next few days for a brief call to align on the mood, energy, and visual language of your shoot.

If you have questions before or after your session, don’t hesitate to message us or email hello@nightowlsmeet.com

What to Expect

Your Night Owls Boudoir session is a private, intentional, and consent-first experience.

We’ll begin with a relaxed 30-minute arrival window to settle in. You’ll be guided through the space and amenities, with time to change, touch up, and ease into the experience at your own pace. We’ll check in about boundaries, comfort levels, and the overall vibe you’re hoping for.

Pro tip: Bring comfortable shoes or slippers!

During the shoot:

  • You’ll receive gentle guidance and creative direction

  • We’ll move at your pace

  • Breaks are always available

  • You can pause, shift direction, or stop at any time

There is no pressure to perform, pose a certain way, or look a certain way. The goal is to create something that feels aligned, affirming, and true to you.

Body Positivity, Without the Pressure

You do not need to love every part of your body to be here.

Many people wait for the β€œperfect time” to feel ready. That moment rarely arrives as bodies change and life moves.

You only need consent, curiosity, and a willingness to show up as you are.

Together, we will work with you and highlight what feels powerful, sensual, or expressive to you.

If you’re nervous, unsure, or feeling vulnerable, that’s okay. Those feelings don’t disqualify you. They’re part of the experience.

We’ll meet you exactly where you are.

Choosing the Vibe

Your session can be soft, bold, playful, intimate, powerful, or somewhere in between.

We’ll work with you to shape the mood, styling, and creative direction of your shoot based on:

  • Your comfort level

  • Your energy that day

  • What feels exciting or meaningful to you

During our consultation, we will collaborate with you to define the mood, energy, and visual language of your shoot.

Fetish

Outfit Inspiration

Choose pieces that make you feel good in your body, not what you think you β€œshould” wear.

Some ideas:

  • Lingerie, bodysuits, or sets you love

  • Button-downs, sweaters, robes, or layers

  • Sheets, blankets, or implied looks

  • Heels, boots, or barefoot

  • Accessories like jewelry, harnesses, or statement pieces (if applicable)

Bring options if you’d like. We’ll help you choose what works best on camera and with the vibe of your session.

A quick tip: remove tight clothing a bit before your session to avoid marks on your skin.

Lighting Selection

Lighting plays a role in the mood, texture, and emotional tone of your images.

We currently offer three lighting approaches:

Standard Lighting

Standard lighting is soft, balanced, and designed to highlight natural shapes and textures without feeling harsh or overly dramatic. This option works beautifully for natural, classic boudoir.

Single Light

A more sculptural, intentional look using one focused light source. This creates deeper shadows, stronger contrast, and a more cinematic feel. Single-light setups are ideal if you’re drawn to moodier imagery, dramatic silhouettes, or a minimalist aesthetic.

Dual Light

A more dynamic, high-impact setup using two light sources. Dual lighting allows for enhanced depth and separation. It is often used for bold, editorial, or fetish-forward looks. This option can create striking highlights, sharper lines, and a more stylized finish.

A note on choice:
Lighting can be selected in advance or adjusted during the session based on how things feel in the moment. We may also suggest subtle changes as we go to best support your body, outfits, and the evolving energy of the shoot.

Standard Lighting Style

A shirtless man and a woman in white lingerie sitting closely on a bed with white sheets, touching foreheads and eyes closed.
A woman with red hair, tattoos on her arms, and wearing a pink bra and matching underwear, is sitting on a bed, holding a white sheet against her body, in a bedroom with patterned wallpaper and decorative pillows.

Single Lighting Style

A woman in black lingerie with flame designs, illuminated by red lighting, leaning forward with her face partially obscured and her hair styled in loose curls.
A woman lying down in a relaxed pose, wearing a black top and fishnet stockings, with neon pink and blue lighting creating a vibrant, moody atmosphere.
A woman in a black spaghetti strap dress is looking at her reflection in a mirror illuminated by red light. She has her hand on her neck and shoulder, and the reflection shows her with her eyes closed or in a relaxed pose.

Dual Lighting Style

Fetish Session Prep & Guidance (if applicable)

This section is for guests who have chosen a Fetish session.

As always, everything is intentional and led by your comfort and consent.

Fetish sessions are about expression, power, symbolism, and fantasy, captured through artful photography.

This may include:

  • Power dynamics

  • Costume, material, or object-based fetish

  • Role-based imagery

It does not include:

  • Sexual services

  • Sexual contact between staff and guests

Everything is visual, negotiated, and participant-led.

Wardrobe, Props & Accessories

You’re welcome to bring:

  • Fetish wear (latex, leather, harnesses, etc.)

  • Heels, boots, collars, gloves, or masks

  • Personal items that feel meaningful to you

Please note:

  • All items must be safe, clean, and manageable within the session time

  • No items involving bodily harm or unsafe restraint will be used

  • Any props will be reviewed together before use

If you’re unsure what to bring, less is often more. Strong imagery comes from intention, not excess.

This is about feeling cared for, not β€œfixing” anything.

Consider:

  • Hydrating well the day before

  • Moisturizing skin (especially hands, legs, and lips)

  • Light grooming if that feels good to you

Unless you’ve booked on-site hair and makeup, come as close to ready as possible with any makeup and hair materials with you to support any touchups during the shoot.

Most importantly: rest, eat, and arrive feeling nourished.

Grooming & Self-Care

Emotional Aftercare & Integration

You might leave your session feeling energized, calm, introspective, emotional, or simply tender. There is no β€œright” way to feel afterward, and there is nothing you need to perform or process on any timeline.

We encourage you to drink water and eat something grounding, rest or move gently after your session, and give yourself space to integrate the experience.

Image Review and Delivery Reminder

Your final edited images will be delivered securely within approximately 2–4 weeks of your session, depending on the package selected, editing complexity, and any add-ons.

Once your images are delivered, you’ll receive access to a private review gallery where you can:

  • Flag any images you do not want shared publicly

  • Indicate any images that may be shared only with identifying features obscured

If we do not receive written instructions within the review window outlined in your Night Owls Boudoir Guest Agreement, we’ll proceed in accordance with your stated consent preferences. You may update or revoke future usage consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

Your privacy and comfort always come first. Images are handled with care, discretion, and respect at every step.

This experience is yours.

Come exactly as you are.

We’ll take care of the rest.

If you have questions before your session, don’t hesitate to message us or email hello@nightowlsmeet.com

We can’t wait to create something beautiful together.
